Baking has been my passion for many years. One of my first baking memories was ruining my mums best saucepan in the early years of high school - thankfully my skills have improved since then!

The name 'Baking Memories' emerged after many chats with my children about their birthday celebrations and the conversation was always directed back to the cake I baked for each milestone to match the theme of the day.
